TRX All-In-One Suspension Training System
If you want real strength training at home without a rack full of equipment, a suspension trainer is the most versatile piece of kit you can buy. The TRX All-In-One lets you do hundreds of exercises anywhere a strap can anchor — door, tree, or beam.
Our Verdict
The TRX All-In-One is the gold standard of suspension training: four handles, two anchor straps, and a door anchor, with a carrying bag. It supports everything from rows and presses to squats, curls, and core work — and adjusts for beginners through advanced users.
What We Like
- Hundreds of exercises from one compact kit
- Adjustable straps scale difficulty instantly
- Door anchor, tree anchor, and suspension anchor included
- Lightweight and packable for travel
- Free TRX app with guided workouts
Worth Knowing
- Requires a sturdy anchor point — check your door frame
- Some exercises need floor space and a mat helps
- Premium price vs. generic suspension trainers
Who Is This For?
Anyone building a home gym without machines — apartment dwellers, frequent travelers, or anyone who wants full-body strength work with minimal equipment. Best paired with a door anchor and a non-slip floor.
The Full Picture
Setup takes seconds: loop the anchor over a door, close it, adjust the straps, and start. The handles are comfortable, the straps are grippy, and the build quality is the reason TRX costs more than knock-offs — it survives years of daily use. Bodyweight progressions (e.g., archer push-ups, pistol squat progressions) give you a long runway before you outgrow it.
Bottom Line
The TRX All-In-One is the most reliable, best-supported suspension trainer on the market. If you’ll actually use it a few times a week, it pays for itself fast compared to a gym membership.
